French and Caribean cuisine cooking ingredients are simple, yet savory, and the style of cooking has been influenced by many people who passed through the island.  In our beautiful outdoor la Perle Bleu or private villa meet your chef and take part in a hands-on cooking lesson making an appetizer, a main course, and dessert.
